Great and quick purchase

We have just arrived home from a lovely day at Diggerland Kent. Firstly the staff were friendly welcoming and professional, special thanks to Dominic and Chloe A ( Robots Ride) The care and attention given to disabled people was exceptional! Also the surroundings and equipment were extremely clean and strict coved rules were in place. Many Thanks ???? for a long awaited day out and for making it so special. Xxxx

Lovely t shirts, bought them ready for the trip to Diggerland, went up a size and glad that I did. Also bought the high vis jackets, all ready for the big day

Took my grandsons to Diggerland Kent last year and they really enjoyed it. Booked again for October but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel. Phoned Diggerland to hopefully get a credit voucher or something but without any fuss they refunded the money back into my account within days. Excellent service and no fuss, will certainly go again next year.

What a excellent place for all the family our 4 year old grandson hasn't stopped talking about it when we can take him again

We visited Diggerland Kent yesterday for my 4 year olds birthday and we had the best time. We arrived at 10 and left at 5 and didn’t stop apart from a quick lunch. There was so many things he was able to go on and a few he could drive himself. There were a couple of things which we had to queue a bit longer for but that was expected. We had some rain but that didn’t spoil our fun. The staff were all friendly and I was very impressed by the cleaning in between customers on all rides. Overall a fantastic day and we will definitely be back.

Visited today (diggerland Kent) and had a fantastic time. Exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to all the staff who were so helpful with my son who has Downs Syndrome. He was able to drive most of the diggers independently due to their help and patience. Amazing for his confidence and he had the best day ever. When I asked what was his favourite part he said "all of it" which is unheard-of for my grumpy teenager. Would recommend to anyone

First time going - Diggerland Yorkshire
I pre-booked our tickets online and received the confirmation email. Upon our arrival there was no staff there whatsoever. What I presumed to be the usual reception booking in area was l barricaded off (covid) so there was no way of gaining entry to the park apart from going through the gift shop area. There was no temporary signs up to state which way was the entrance so we taken it upon ourselves to walk though the gift shop which again there was no staff members around at all!
So basically I paid for tickets to just walk straight in, there was probably a few people who hadn’t even paid to get in and just walked in!! Stated on the website there was nobody there to “check temperatures” of arriving customers, saying that there wasn’t going to be with there not being any staff members manning the till area of the gift shop!
Anyway fast forward and yes we had a good time, there was lots of attractions for my son to go on which he did really enjoy.
Some staff members could of been more friendly, I know the weather was pretty rubbish but if they don’t like their job then don’t work there! Some staff members were really nice and actually had a conversation with people. Andrew and another who I didn’t catch his name (he was manning the skidloaders) were lovely band made us feel so welcome :-)
It was great seeing the staff cleaning the rides after each customer use but using the same cloth over and over again is just a pointless exercise, wiping more dirt onto the rides than taking it off! the staff obviously get told by management what they have to do.
Note for management - Disposable clothes will be much better at getting rid of “potential Covid”
I thought the park would of been a bit bigger than what it was, after seeing the advert and then arriving I felt a little bit disappointed with the price paid for the tickets for “just that”
My little boy enjoyed it though. We will be visiting again when the weather is better. Let’s hope the ticket prices drop as it’s not really worth the price paid

Had a day out here and it was amazing. There was lots to do for the kids and also us adults. The kids are already wanting to return and haven’t stopped talking about it
We had dinner in the cafe and the food was so good. Normally in these places the food isn’t upto much but was so surprised by the quality of it it’s better than some pubs we’ve eaten at
